Appointments: Bookings are subject to availability at our salon in New York, NY. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a 50% fee of the service cost, charged to your payment method.

Services: We offer brow shaping, tinting, lamination, and related beauty services. Results vary by individual; we are not liable for dissatisfaction unless due to negligence.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your method for services, fees, or deposits.

Refunds: Services are non-refundable once started. Full refunds only for cancellations by us. Contact us for disputes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, images, logos, brow designs) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing (e.g., on our Site or social media). You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We may remove inappropriate content.
